The result

The headline figure we've shared for Jace is $630k a year.

Alongside it is the update above. He closed $30k for the second month in a row, while travelling a lot at the same time.

I like that second part. Growing a business shouldn't mean being chained to your desk. Closing work two months running while you're away is a good sign the system is doing its job.

That's everything we've published so far. For the rest, watch the video above.

What Doju covers for architects

Architecture is a high-value, high-trust sale. Clients are spending a lot, so they need to trust you before they commit. Doju isn't an architecture course. It's a system for getting clients into any creative service business. Here's how the four stages apply to that kind of work.

Then the Scale stage of the Doju Method covers the systems from my own agency: SOPs, project portals and automated onboarding, so more clients doesn't mean more hours. For more on winning bigger projects, read how to get high-paying clients. It's written for web designers, but the pricing and positioning ideas carry over.

Is this realistic for you?

Jace's numbers are his. Results vary, and they depend on how much of the system you actually put in place.

Doju is for creative business owners who already sell a skill and want steadier, better-paid work. Most members are earning $3k to $15k a month when they join. If you're already well past that, the focus usually shifts to systems and team, because you're probably the bottleneck.

It's not for you if you don't have any clients yet. It's also not for people who want to buy something and never open it. Most members spend 3 to 5 hours a week on implementation.
